Computer Viruses In Outer Space

Yes, even the NASA guys get viruses, but they get to take it in to outer space. Best part is they do not run an anti-virus software on their astronauts laptops, so the little nasty will have to stay there until they get home. Brilliant!

FDA: Says OK to Radiating Spinach/Lettuce

As of this Friday, your spinach and lettuce will get a little extra ingredient…radiation. The Food and Drug Administration ruled that food companies could use a dose proven to dramatically reduce levels of E. coli, salmonella and listeria on raw spinach and lettuce — a dose somewhat lower than meat requires. Yummy!

iPhone 3G Problems

New iPhone users are complaining that they are not getting the 3G connections and speed from their shiny new toy. Apple employees say it’s AT&T’s network. (I tend to side with them) Or should they blame the communication chip maker, Infineon for the 3G chip inside the phone. Hopefully a firmware fix will be released shortly to fix it.
