The Wi-Fi Network Backup Manager will show you all saved Wi-Fi profiles on your current system and allow you to save one or more profiles to a local xml file.
Run the Wi-Fi Network Backup Manager on the new or repaired system and load the Wi-Fi Backup file. There is the entire Wi-Fi network list including passwords!
